Qualifications
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on delivering a high-quality user experience
- High School diploma or equivalent, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Basic networking troubleshooting skills
- Extensive knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems
- Experience with Active Directory
- Proficiency in MS365 applications, including Teams, Intune, and OneDrive
- Familiarity with software installation via SCCM
- Experience troubleshooting VPN connectivity issues
- Experience using online ticketing systems
- Skilled in providing remote support
- Experience supporting mobile devices
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues, including installation and troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve issues, or escalate as needed
- Offer audio-visual support for conference centers and meeting rooms
- Provide support to executive C-Suite members
- Manage and facilitate hardware moves, additions, and changes
- Coordinate computer configurations and upgrades
- Support mobile devices and VoIP phones
- Resolve printer issues
- Document and track work using an online ticketing system
- Update knowledge base articles and procedures
- Provide occasional after-hours support as needed
